TrueFire Gourmet® Cedar Planks are not just for meats and fish, they can also be used for creating mouth watering desserts. These warm peaches with creamy filling are sure to be a classic!
4 peaches, halved and pitted
5 tablespoons honey(preferably clover)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup soft cream cheese
Pre heat grill for medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, chopped walnuts and 3 tablespoons honey.Mix well.
Place halves pit-less side up onto presoaked plank and grill for 5 minutes.
Open lid and drizzle peaches with a bit of honey, place a dollop of the cream cheese spread in the center and grill for 2 to 3 more minutes (until the filling is warm). Serve immediately.
