fruitHave you ever tried TrueFire Gourmet® Cedar Planks to cook fruit? If not, try this exciting recipe. This is a super easy, super delicious dessert that looks just as good as it tastes.

4 Servings


1/2 cup natural sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 can coconut milk
20-30 pieces of mixed fruits (we like pineapple, strawberries, papaya and mango)
1 scoop vanilla ice cream (optional)


Mix sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in a shallow dish.
Place mixed fruit and coconut milk in a large bowl, coating fruit well.
Arrange mixed fruit on plank and sprinkle with sugar mixture.
Grill on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
Serve assorted serving of fruit on a plate with a dish of ice cream (or serve ice cream in a martini or margarita glass for extra wow.)
