TrueFire Gourmet® Cedar Planked vegetables are a great addition to your cedar planked meal. Put these on the grill with your meat dish and your meal will all come out at the same time. For a customized recipe, use your own variety of vegetables.

Ingredients

Asparagus
Peppers
Onions
Cooking Spray or Vegetable Oil
Fresh Ground Pepper (to taste)
Black Coral Sea Salt (to taste)
Your Favorite Dry Rub

Instructions

Soak your TrueFire Gourmet® Cedar Plank for 30mins – 2 hours
Arrange your vegetables on the cedar plank. Don’t worry, there’s no wrong way to do this.
Apply a light mist of vegetable oil or cooking spray.
Season with fresh ground pepper, sea salt and your favorite dry rub.
Place on a 425 degree grill for about 10-12 minutes.
Remove from grill and savor!
