1 Salmon filet
Brown Sugar (to taste)
Smoked Paprika (to taste)
Cayenne Pepper (to taste)
2-4 Lemon Slices
After soaking your TrueFire Gourmet® Cedar Plank for 30mins – 2 hours place the salmon filet right on top.
Rub on your mixture of brown sugar, paprika, and cayenne pepper to the top of the filet.
Add 2-4 lemon slices on the top of the filet, depending on the size of your fish.
Place on grill for 10-12 at medium heat around 425 degrees. Keep the grill cover closed to let the fish cook and smoke thou roughly.
Remove the plank from the grill, garnish and savor!
