1 Beef Tenderloin cut up into steak sizes
Onion Powder (to taste)
Garlic Powder (to taste)
Rosemary (to taste)
Pre-soak your TrueFire Gourmet® Cedar Plank for 30mins – 2 hours
Once your beef tenderloin is cut down to manageable sizes, apply the rub of onion powder, garlic powder and rosemary all around the steaks.
To get grill marks on your steaks, place the meat on a 500 degree grill for about 1-2 minutes. Rotate 45 degrees for another minute. No need to repeat for the other side.
Put the steaks down on the TrueFire Gourmet® Cedar Plank with the grill marks up.
Place the plank on the grill for about 10-12 minutes or to 135 degrees internal temperature for medium rare, 150 degrees for medium.
When the steaks are ready, remove from the grill, garnish and savor!
